1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items purchased during sale or clearance, as well as customized or personalized products, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–10 business days. Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to product availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or opt for store credit.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs for verification. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking facilities.

6. Non-Returnable Products

"The following items are not eligible for return:

• Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear
• Products marked as “Final Sale”"

7. Store Credit Option

If preferred, approved refunds can be issued as store credit for future purchases. Store credit does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on our website.
